Surgery of any kind can be scary, which is why we are bringing you CosmeticProtect™. This is a unique insurance product that provides protection from the risk of complications that may occur during cosmetic surgery.

CosmeticProtect is purchased by your practice and provides coverage for 17 of the most common cosmetic surgeries. Surgeries are covered by CosmeticProtect™ through an online, web-based enrollment process, which allows you or your staff to enroll patients in one minute or less. In addition, CosmeticProtect™ provides your practice with online reporting and account management, giving you a better understanding of your practice.

For patients to receive benefits in the event of a covered complication, they must have been enrolled through their participating plastic surgeon and seek treatment for a covered complication that results in an unscheduled inpatient admission to a hospital, a hospital emergency visit, or an ambulance service to a hospital within 30 days of the qualifying surgical procedure.

CosmeticProtect™ is offered solely to Board Certified and Board Eligible plastic surgeons. CosmeticProtect™ is underwritten by Markel Insurance Company, an A rated, admitted carrier. CosmeticProtect™ is the exclusive product of Venture Specialty Insurance, LLC.
